Shooting with the PROFESSIONAL!

What to expect when working with the professional? Well i thought its gonna be stiff and all but everything was perfect and fun! Ive worked with my friend Cheng on my first ever video teaser and asked her help again to do my 19th collection! :) As expected, weve created a video that is superb! I has to be coz she is really professional with it comes to shooting and editing films.She is just currently working at GMA7 and been working there like ages! (7years i guess!! :) And of course this kind of talent shouldnt be wasted, it has to be imparted to people who needs her service too right?!! So she got her own company called ....

PIECE OF CRAP OR PIECE OR ART?

let me show you here are the photos used for the video teaser..at the same time the apparels that didnt make it for the video (i dont wanna make it too long..thats why..). and how it happened that i made him say yes to shoot the entire video? :)

I personally would want to thank my ever loving boyfriend(archie!) for helping me out on this one..I owe you big time! Why did i say that? well, he is not really into all of directing & taking some video crap! let me just put it this way.he doesnt really appreciate art.not much as i do. (but take note..he is learning! he might react on this one~ LOL) Well maybe he does but most of the time i just get a reply "thats ok!"..believe me,it was hard for me at first..the reason,is that i wanna show him all the time my first artwork/template or any creation i do for fcukay and getting more than 2 words from him would be a big thing for me!as if i pass the board or getting a big reward! ( you know what i mean! his opinion really matters to me ..thats all!)  

 As i told him about the 18th collection, ive asked him if he can take the video.Surprisingly, i made him say yes!! (oh!Lord, what good did i do this time?! lol). So, i started telling him about whats my concept then told him to be the director on this one, he will be in control of the shots,ill just follow his instruction..( At the back of my mind,Why did i even say that?!) Can you just imagine how we were at the set? 

you see!! i ddnt even know he took this from the mirror..i knew its gonna be a fight between cats and dogs! lol... :)

while applying my make up, he was adjusting his camera and taking some sample shots.. 

yes i am the makeup artist too... hmmm, i guess this time he is really takin it seriously... ( thats what i thought!)

 you see that face? LOL.it really made me laugh...i ddnt even know he was takin some shots of himself!cant help it!! he is really funny! so i told him, to take things seriously this time so our shoot wont eat so much time..

at least he listened to me...(though not for long..)

KUNG FU PANDA 2 INSPIRED

Last saturday me and archie(my bf) went to watch Kung Fu Panda 2 and it still never fails me to laugh till the end of the movie (though there was this part were i cried, very touching ..i dont wanna mention it so i wont be a spoiler.. :=) 
I must say that this movie is full packed of awesomeness from the story,characters,fight scenes to the graphics & animations. I guess all these ingredients are the ones really needed to have a two thumbs up animated movie...Since im such a fan, i made this it as my inspiration to my 18th collection...

The RICH COLORS that uve seen in the movie will be actually incorporated the apparels that i will offer you this coming 12 JUNE 2011,8PM. Ive been so inspired with the mix and the patterns..

You will feel the awesomeness energy with all of the playful colors that i will present to you..

BEHIND THE SCENE- 17TH COLLECTION AT NAILCESSITY

How Fun it is to work when what your doing is really close to your heart! 

Whats happening to me lately is just the things i dreamed of... having FCUKAY is one! im enjoying the time that i can really conceptualize the whole collection, dress up friends, meet new people and become their friends too...its all worth the effort....from buying to editing to selling to packing( kaya with love yan.when you receive the item.. LOL) ...

Most of the time, I challenge myself  to make sure that what i cater to you all will be something new and fresh..so, i planned to make a video teaser like outside shoot..i need a model whos willing to do this crazy idea.. Luckily, as ive mentioned from the previous batch it was my best friend who modeled  the 16th collection! (she just got back from the states and i just casually asked her if she can be available for the shoot! and she said yes!!) it didnt stop there.. she still agreed again to model for FCUKAY this upcoming 17th!aww..super thanks bestfriend, i know how busy you are but u managed to have to time for me!! i know youll be there to support me..i feel the love...now lets start our work! shooting time!  

So we were all packed up..location for our shoot?! will be the most relaxing salon..

 Together with our bf's we went straight to NAILCESSITY( you'll see below a lot of footages of the place and even when just watching it oohhlala,ull experience the boost of energy i had after the spa) and ddnt waste time,we right away started our shoot .. After the tiring hours , the 4 of us  (kring ,me,chris & archie) experienced the body massage and footspa..RAPSA!! it was damn good...
